Semi Private Training
Experience our Signature program! The setting is semiprivate with every client programmed individually and coached directly by our team of top-level coaches. Just train within a generous time window, as we do not require appointment times. As an added perk, there is no time limit for the session length. Clients can train all month for one flat fee, making frequent training more affordable with greater results. Initial consultations and the first week is complimentary. Hours of availability are M-F 5am-12pm and M-Th 5-8pm
Bulldog Fight Team
If you are a Combat Athlete(i.e. MMA, Boxing), join our Fight Team! Our Combat Training Specialist, Keith Weiss, will utilize strength and conditioning movements through a variety of intense intervals to bring your fight game to the next level. Be better prepared than your opponent in every way.
For those who need just a little more help, 1 on 1 training sessions with our professional trainers and coaches are for you. This program is perfect for beginners, or injury rehab.
This is one workout programed for 2-6 people to experience together. Great for small groups that are looking to workout together with the guidance of a professional trainer.
Vicious Spin Cycle
For the ultimate bike-riding workout, Bulldog Strength and Conditioning Spin class will take you on an intense cardio fat burning journey like you’ve never experienced. With a dynamic 60 minute class, you will ride through hill climbs, sprint races, time trails combined with our ultimate bootcamp to have you burn over 800 calories each workout.
